  1. What are some challenges you have come against in the field and how did you overcome them?

  2. How long have you been in business, and what is your license number?

  3. What kind of insurance do you have?

  4. Will you be doing majority of the work, or do you have subs?

  5. DO you do a fixed price or a cost-plus estimate?

  6. What delays are most common in construction and how can we best avoid them?

  7. Where can i see project examples? (website, portfolio, etc).
