This is where your ideas start becoming a home. Together—with your architect or ours—we finalize floor plans, elevations, and major design features.

4. Transparent Proposal
Once the plans are complete, we prepare a clear, itemized proposal outlining your budget, allowances, materials, and timeline. No hidden fees. No surprises. Just total clarity from the start.

5. Contract & Permitting
We handle all county permits and documentation so you don’t have to. Once everything is approved, we finalize the contract and prepare for ground-breaking.

6. Pre-Construction Meeting
Before construction begins, we meet to review selections, confirm your schedule, and introduce your project manager. This ensures everyone is aligned and your experience stays smooth from day one.

7. Construction Begins
